The different types of damp

In situations where that is not practical, we recommend installing land drainage, french gravel drains, and wrapping the lower section of the exterior wall, a process known as tanking.
Treatment will generally involve fitting the DPC, hacking off and re plastering with salt retardant render, and getting to the root cause of the moisture problem.
